Home Staging Consultation

Audience/Participants: Homeowner and/or realtor

Duration: 2 hours

Consultation includes:

• Top 10 priority list
• Detailed room-by-room action plan
• Color and paint recommendations
• Furniture and accessory placement suggestions
• Client follow-up

Pricing:
$110.00 for homes 2500 sq. ft and under within Charlotte city limits

Working Consultation

Audience/Participants: Homeowners, designer, contractors and everybody who wants to assist

Duration: 2 hours minimum

Working Consultation Details:
The designer teams up with home owners on staging their home during the consultation. This type of consultation allows the homeowners to decide how much assistance they require and get a taste of what staging involves. Unless contractors' assistance required, the designer can fully execute the staging of one area, at the same time providing do-it-yourself recommendations for other areas and subsequently following up.

Pricing:
$55.00/hour with two hour minimum within Charlotte city limits

360° Staging

Audience/Participants: Homeowners, designer, contractors, realtor and everybody who wants to assist

Duration: TBD

360° Details:
360 degree staging is a working consultation and a full execution of the identified staging plan. In essence, the designer becomes a project manager. This may involve obtaining materials and finishes as well as collaborating with various contractors and finally providing professional photos of the staged property. Homeowners participation is not required, but in many cases a little homework can save the money that otherwise would be spent on contractors' fees.

Pricing:
Pricing is available upon request and will most likely involve a flat fee. We feel that with projects of such scope charging by the hour is not fair to our clients

Vacant Homes Staging

Audience/Participants: Homeowners, designer, contractors, realtor and everybody who wants to assist

Duration: TBD

Vacant Homes Staging Details:
Vacant homes staging involves creating vignettes throughout the home using stager’s own furniture and accessories and/or rental pieces and anything made available by homeowner
